We compiled the following frequently asked questions as below. We will continue to add from time to time regarding your questions that often we received.

 Questions about Settlement

Overseas issued credit card available to settlement?

Yes, overseas issued credit card such as Visa and Master Card are available to process the settlement. Some Debit card with Visa and Master Logo also available to process the settlement. For other types of the cards, some may available to use and some may not. Merchants may check with the card holder.



Supported Card Brands?

We support processing of Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Diner's International. However, AMEX and DINERS need to apply separately. Most of the sales are from Visa and Master.


Does it support Debit Card?

It’s available if there is a credit card logo. Customer need to know their credit limit. (Merchants may check with the card holder).


Does it support UnionPay card?

We do not get the authentication service from UnionPay card. If necessary, we will introduce the UnionPay card payment service collaboration companies.


How do I process the cancellation of credit card?

Merchant can do the cancellation from the merchant control panel screen. If the cancellation requested from customers, we will contact merchant to make a confirmation.


What is the maximum limit of the transactions?

This will vary based on the product and services provided by the merchants. Usually we set the limit for those settlements with large amount. However, with the request, it is possible to remove the settlement limits.


How to manage the sales?

Merchant can track and trace every real time transaction anytime. Merchant can also download the sales data in CSV, TSV, and Excel format and to show in graph.


Does it able to absorb the wire transfer fees?

The wire transfer fees shall be borne by the merchants. If you feel that the wire transfer fees which bills to you for each transfer will be of your burden, you may request for setting the payment cycle for example once a month.


What is the description shown in customer credit card statement?

It will show our company description. Our representative credit card support centre shall correspond to any inquiry from customers and Credit Card Company.


When customers’ credit card settlement charge shall be deducted?

Deduction days vary depending on the credit card company. Kindly contact your credit card company for details. You also may refer to the credit card settlement page. (Different customers have different cases)


How do I know the card reader is in normal mode?

The card reader lamp is illuminated when connected to PC.

Try to re-connect. If the lamp is still not illuminated, kindly connect at different USB port. Sometime it is due to connection loose. In case the lamp is still not illuminated, it may be out of order, kindly contact us.


In case the card reader didn’t function.

Kindly check whether the card reader lamp is illuminated at all times, the (MasterCard, VISA, etc.) mark is displayed, the card reader is in right「direction」 (turns the card magnetic surface down then stripe the card along to the magnetic surface towards printing side). In case the card could not be read properly, click 『Manual Input』then shift to the next page.


『Error Message』display and the card could not be read

Kindly check whether the card number was entered correctly or already reached the credit limit. After confirming but still the card is not usable, it may due to the card is temporarily configured unavailable/inactive by the credit card company. Please kindly check with the credit card company for details.


Is that partial credit settlement accepted?

We do not accept the partial credit settlement. The settlement must be made in one-time payment. Some customers may want to do the credit settlement partially. In this case, the customers are advisable to contact the credit card company directly request for the partial credit settlement. Kindly contact the credit card company request for the partial credit settlement facility.


What is (CVV2/CVC2) Security Code?

The number of four-digit or 3-digit listed in the front or back side of your credit card. The display name and the location of the security code vary depending on the credit card company.


Why need to enter the security code?

This will able to reduce the fraud risk by entering the security code that is separated from the card number at the time of processing settlement.


Do I need to fill in 「Telephone Number」and「Email Address」during settlement?

It is optional. However, we strongly recommend you to key in the contact number and email address as to keep you update with the latest status settlement or information.


Is it possible to print the previous sales settlement?

Yes, it is possible. You can prints as many times as you desire from the owner management screen. Please select your desired transaction then press receipt printing button for printing. In addition, manual receipt is also available for you to use.


Is the customer signature required in the receipt for the settlement by the card reader?

Yes, please do ask the card owner to sign the receipt and confirm their signature accordingly. This is a basic procedure for everyone to follow to safely use the credit card facility.


Do I need to post the receipt to your company?

No need to post to us. But merchants need to keep the receipt.


For MOBILE settlement, receipt unable printed because of not connected to printer

For MOBILE or hand phone settlement, confirmation email of settlement which sends to the customer will supersedes the receipt. In addition, you also may use our designated receipt. What do I do if I received a bill I don’t recognize? Kindly contact our customer support centre or hot line.

What should I do if customers request for the partial credit settlement after the credit settlement?

In this case, the customers are advisable to contact the credit card company directly request for the partial credit settlement. Kindly contact your credit card company request for the partial credit settlement facility.


What is a chargeback?

Chargeback is the return of money to the credit card owner who claims unauthorized use of the credit card to the credit card company. Please take note that when a chargeback transaction occurred, the chargeback amount (equivalent to settlement amount) and the chargeback fees shall be imposed to the merchants.


Merchant able to check whether occur double settlement?

It can be checked online in the Merchant Control Panel screen.


Already cancelled the transaction but the particular amount is still described in the bills.

It takes approximately two weeks to complete the refund procedure. Depending on the credit card company cut-off date, there is a possibility that though the transaction has been cancelled but it is still described in the next bills.


Under the membership facility, is it possible to continuously charge the membership fees each month?

Yes, it is possible. In addition, the settlement cycle for every two or three month is available depending on the merchants’ request. Kindly contact our sales team for details.


Under the membership facility, is it possible to do the settlement in the different amount each month?

Yes, it is possible. The settlement in the different amount can be executed in the separate settlement method. Kindly contact our sales team for details.

How long does it take to start use of credit settlement service from application submitted date?

At least two weeks is required for approval after receipts of application form.


Can the sole proprietor apply for the service?

Yes, it is possible. We only check your products or services.


Can the overseas corporation sign the agreement to become online credit settlement merchant?

Yes, it is possible. We only check your products and services.


What kind of documents required for the application?

How to get the credit card settlement service application form?

Please obtain the application form from 「Apply here right now」 in our home page. Alternatively, you may contact us. The application form can also be sent either by email or post.

Review for the sole proprietor strictest than corporation?

Many sole proprietors sign agreement with us and become our merchants.


What is the specific document name for the business owner’s ID?

Driving licences or passport copy or insurance certificate. Kindly contact our sales team for details.


What preparation needed to get started?

Internet accessible PC, hand phone or iPod. Any of these is required.


Not familiar with the procedure though accessible to internet

No problem. Need not a professional knowledge. Anyone can apply. Our staff will assist you.


Do I need to install any special software?

Not necessary.


Do I need any specs of the PC?

It is available for all desktop PC, notebook PC, notebook.


Is it available for PC Windows?

Yes.


Available for Mac’s PC?

In case you cannot use the card reader, you may input manually.


Is the fold type hand phone can be used?

Yes, it is possible. Please use MOBILE settlement service.


Is the smartphone can be used?

Yes, it is possible.


Since we are not in the internet accessible area, can you provide the CAT terminal?

Our service does not support for the CAT terminal settlement using telephone line. The settlement via internet is made possible by our card reader service. Our card reader service is only possible to do settlement via internet. Internet accessible environment is required to utilize our service.



If I am not in the internet accessible area, is it possible to do the credit settlement using paper-based payment slip?

Our service only supports the settlement via internet. Internet accessible environment is required to utilize our service. Thus, we are not able to handle the credit settlement with the paper-based payment slip.


Can I use my current CAT terminal to utilize the service?

Other CAT terminal could not be used with our service. However it is possible to use it with our settlement service at the same time.


What is the cost for set up fees?

It’s depends on the industry. Please contact our sales team for details.


What is the cost for monthly fees?

It’s depends on the industry. Please contact our sales team for details.


When should I pay the set up and monthly fees?

Shall be 「offset 」with the sales amount.


How did you send the remittance details?

The remittance data shall be sent to your registered email address.


Is the remittance details posted?

We only send the remittance data by email, thus please take note that we are not sending them by post.


How much is the cost for the remittance?

It’s depends on the industry. Please contact our sales team for details.


What is the authentication fee?

It is the fees of each time you swipe your card. It’s also known as transaction fees.


How much does it cost when cancelling the transaction?

Just small shall be imposed on each cancelled transaction. Please take note that in the event of the sales transaction is being cancelled, it will also incur the settlement fees as the credit card settlement fee has already been deducted. The settlement cost and the settlement cancellation cost, two kind of cost shall incur in case of cancelling the transaction. There are various cases happens at the acquiring bank and the credit card issuance bank.


Is it possible to receive remittance in the foreign account of local bank?

Yes, it is possible. However, the remittance fee shall be bear by merchant. Kindly contact our sales team for details.


Is it possible to remit the settlement amount into foreign bank account?

Yes, it is. However, there are cases that we are not possible to proceed the remittance due to the banks are located in the tax haven or high-risk countries. In addition, please take note that we have to identify the persons that belong to the bank account in case of remittance into the bank account in overseas.


What should I do if I want to cancel the agreement?

You just need to submit the agreement cancellation form to us. Kindly contact our sales team for details.


Any charge incur for cancelling the agreement?

No charge incurs. However, if you’re using our card reader, please kindly return to us.


Why the deposit should be re-calculated when cancelling the agreement?

The cost for the cancellation process and in case there is an obligation on the settlement etc, shall be deducted from the deposit. In case this offset is still not enough to cover the cost, a separate bill shall be issued to the merchants.



Is it possible to enter the double agreement due to currently engage with other payment gateway company?

Yes, it is possible. Many merchants use our service while engaging with others. Let try our service first.


Can I use the Card Reader from other company?

No, you can’t use other company card reader. Please use our designated one.


Is it possible to change the contract party after signing the agreement?

Yes, it is possible. Please submit the 「change registration form」. In some cases, you are required to submit the application again.


Is it possible to change the account for remittance after signing the agreement?

Yes, it is possible. Please submit the "change registration form".


Is it possible to change the email address after signing the agreement?

Yes, it is possible. Please submit the "change registration form".


What will be the application unit for multiple store?

It shall be based on each site. Please contact our sales team for details.


Is it possible for overseas corporation or applicants who living oversea applies for the service?

Yes, it is possible. Please contact our sales team for details.


Are there products or services I cannot use your service to send and receive payments for?

Products or services that offensive to public order and morals; violate various laws and regulations. Please contact our sales team for details.



As an out-door marketing-man, I am thinking of using the credit settlement service. Is it possible for me to apply for the service?

Yes. Many merchants comprise of the sole proprietor and the corporation sign agreements with us.



I am thinking to use the card credit settlement for special event for only one week. Can I apply for the service?

Yes, it is possible. Short term rental service is available.


Is it possible to continuously do the settlement for tuition or course?

Recurring settlement is possible. After the first time set up, you can execute the credit settlement continuously.


Is the shop name described in the credit card statement or in the convenience store receipt?

Need to apply separately. The shop name can be described in the statement. Please contact our Sales Division for details.


What is the shortest period to use the service?

What is the shortest period to use the service? We didn’t set the timescale for this. However, we recommend you to try use in three months.


Is it possible to do settlement without store the card number?

No need to store the credit card information if you are using the HTML LINK type settlement system.


I have the shop in the mall, can I use the service?

Yes, it is possible. However, our Sales Representatives need to confirm the connection at the mall. In addition, we will recommend to use the the virtual terminal for the settlement of credit card.


Is it support for multi languages?

We have customer support to handle the customers’ inquiries in Japanese, English, Chinese, France, Spain, Russia, Italy, Korea and Malay.


Is it possible to have Pre-Application?

Yes it is possible. Please fill in “Pre-Application Form”

All browsers are able to display.

Is it safe to processing credit card information?

We are using SSL 128BIT to ensure extra safe communication. In addition, we are using approved PCI DSS settlement system to rest assured the safe handling of settlement information.


Do I need a specific knowledge for the implementation of WEB settlement system?

Not required. Throughout our experience, none of our merchants are the IT experts. Usually, our sales or technical personnel will make confirmation on connection works. Off course, the implementation works will go smoothly should the owners have knowledge on HTTP, PHP, CGI etc.
